Welcome to Kelen. By accessing our laboratory-inspired tea brewing interface, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. This is a legally binding contract between you and Kelen regarding your use of our software ritual.

Self-Reliance: Kelen is an offline tool. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and tea inventory data. We do not provide cloud backup services.

Intellectual Property: The "Atlas" generated by your brewing sessions belongs to you. The design, interface, and unique algorithms of Kelen remain our exclusive property.

Prohibited Use: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Kelen application for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
Liability Matrix CODE: 003
Kelen provides an experimental environment for tea enthusiasts. We are not liable for any specific tea results, equipment malfunctions (such as digital timer deviations), or data loss caused by hardware failure or app deletion.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
US Jurisdiction CODE: 004
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of Kelen shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable US commercial standards.
Termination CODE: 005
You may terminate this ritual at any time by deleting the Kelen application from your device. All locally stored data will be purged upon deletion.
